No account, no password. Enter the reference from your confirmation email (like SS-K7M2PQ) and the email you booked with, and we send you a secure manage link.
Before your cutoff (12:00 two days before collection) you can cancel free, move to a later run, add items or upgrade to Assisted: reply to your confirmation email or use the manage link. After cutoff the run is planned and loaded around your booking, so changes are no longer guaranteed and cancellations are not refundable; email us and we will do what we can.
