Kerbside: you bring everything to your front door and the driver loads. Assisted: we carry from inside, any floor; boxes and bags need one of us, and furniture or bikes bring a two-person crew. A piece is any box, bag or suitcase up to 30 kg. Standard cover of £50 per piece is included. Prices include VAT and are the same in both directions, to every destination.

How the maths works

Your first 4 pieces are covered by the floor price: £199 Kerbside or £349 Assisted. Pieces 5 to 10 add £15 each, pieces 11 and over add £12 each. Bikes are £59 each and small furniture items £45 each, on top. Assisted adds a stairs charge per end where there is no lift: £15 for 2nd or 3rd floor, £30 for 4th and above. Kerbside has no stairs charge because you bring everything to the door.

The booking form shows your exact total live as you count your pieces, and the server recalculates it before payment, so the price you see is always the price you pay.

Price questions

Are there any extra fees?

No booking fee, no fuel surcharge, no card fee. The price you see in the booking form is the full price, including VAT and £50 cover per piece. The only add-on is the stairs charge on Assisted when there is no lift: £15 per end for 2nd or 3rd floor, £30 per end for 4th floor and above.

Is it cheaper in one direction?

No. Prices are identical in both directions and identical to every destination, because the van network runs these legs full every week.

What counts as a piece?

Any box, bag or suitcase up to 30 kg. Bikes and small furniture are priced separately, so they never eat into your piece count.

Is there a price cap?

No cap and no hidden tiers: every booking is priced item by item above the £199 Kerbside floor (£349 Assisted). Over 50 pieces or 6 furniture items and bikes becomes a removals enquiry instead, because at that size you deserve a dedicated van quote.
