Privacy policy

PSPD LDN LTD is the data controller for londonshuttle.co.uk. Short version: we collect only what your booking needs, we never sell it, and you can ask for it or ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect and why

• Booking details (name, email, mobile, both addresses, item list, notes): to collect, carry and deliver your pieces and keep you updated. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Payment: taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
• Waitlist email and postcodes: to tell you when your area opens. Legal basis: your consent; one click unsubscribes.
• Basic server logs: to keep the site working and secure. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (transactional email), our SMS provider (window texts) and Smartsheet (operations board the crews work from). Each processes data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 6 years for tax and claims purposes, then deleted. Waitlist entries are deleted when your area opens or on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it (where we have no legal duty to keep it), or complain to the ICO. Email [email protected] and we will sort it within 30 days.
